Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe (see text for full recipe)





FULL RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 Large can of Pumpkin (not "pumpkin pie filling")
5 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup white or brown sugar, or mix of both
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Mix eggs into pumpkin. Add sugar and milk.

Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in preheated 425° oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 325° and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
(May take up to 55 minutes.)

Please note: One main ingredient, "1 Large can of Pumpkin" was inadvertently omitted from the scrolling text near the end of the video- the oven temp in that scrolling text is also wrong: it should be 425 and not 450; by a video editor who has since been sacked.

The above text is the correct recipe used in this video, and it results in fine pumpkin pies.
